Indigenous Speakers in Schools

This program assists both Indigenous speakers and Montana school districts by facilitating connections to meet requirements and the spirit of Indian Education for All. This program is in development to launch in fall 2025.

Are you an Indigenous speaker? We support you by

​

• Connecting you with school districts seeking your area of expertise

• Assisting with navigating school systems, as needed

 

Are you a school leader/classroom teacher? We support you by

​

• Helping you find an Indigenous expert to meet your classroom, assembly, or professional development needs

• Providing guidance for respectful contracting

• Offering suggestions for evidence to submit with your annual report
